New to CIV Question on MOD/Civ personality
So new here so sorry if I get this wrong but it seems as if each CIV has it's own personality. Does this mod keep that along with improving how they play?

After numerous games with this mod, it seems to me the answer is yes. Furthermore, the "random personalities" option in advanced game setup hasn't worked for me since I installed this mod.
