My old quattro managed a 1:08 around the new track, and i'm very happy with that.
I'm fairly certain this falls under class 1, but it is rather large compared to more recent vehicles, i would like it under class 1, but its your call here.

I just finished my Tyrrell P34 formula one car although I am not sure which class you would want it in since it is relatively to scale but uses 5x5 rear wheels
The recorded lap-time I got was a 57.4 although I will admit it wasn't the cleanest lap
