New STATUSRing

Description

STATUSRing is located at O'Neill Airbase, in the Sawyer Isles

Merry Christmas - Stormworks' largest racetrack has been optimized and given some highly requested new features:

- Infinite Lap Timer - Just keep driving. The new timing system keeps track of as many laps times as you like, with accuracy to three decimal places.
- New Timing Display - A new start/finish tower now displays Last and Best lap times in a more accurate and performance friendly design.
- Lower, Safer Kerbs - STATUSRing's aggressive kerbs have been tamed and lowered to make them safe to traverse by even the lowest cars.
- Optimized - Game performance was already number one on the list when designing the STATUSRing - Removing some unnecessary pieces and the new timing system improve performance even further.

- Create a new game
- Select "Custom" in the Game Mode menu
- Click "Enabled Addons" and select New STATUSRing under the Workshop tab
- Select "Toggle All" under the Official tab to disable all other missions
You now have your own vehicle testing facility and race track. Enjoy!

To spawn the paddock area
- Select the mission editor from the pause menu
- Click load, then select New STATUSRing under the Workshop tab
- Select the "Test Mission" flag under Mission Locations

Scale Vehicles: The ultimate challenge. Open to any realistically scaled vehicles with wheel sizes under 5x5. Post a video and a link to your vehicle's workshop page in the hot lap discussion, and I'll add you and a link to your vehicle on the board. No vehicle is truly 1:1 in a game made from 25cm blocks, but Class 1 is for vehicles that get fairly close.

STATUSRing has been a real megaproject for me. It's taken way more work and time than I ever imagined, but seeing people using it to race, test and improve their vehicles, and all the hot laps have made it more than worth it. Thanks to my friends and master engineers: Mr. Cynical for his testing and feedback ,Tajin for the amazing work on the timing system, and Mr. NJersey for proving that you really can use it in multiplayer. I wish you all a Merry Christmas and many, many very speedy laps.

Its me again, I managed to rebuild the whole Prototype car and now its 5 blocks tall 22 blocks long and 9 blocks wide, would it fall under class 1? Thanks for your answers and that awesome track. I really enjoy driving on it!

Here is a photo of a person next to Toyota's LMH car to help you with scale. Most cars in Stormworks - and mine are no exception, are a little bigger than 1:1, but not by that much. 15x9 is very large. It's your car though, so start where you're comfortable! My first cars in SW were huge!

I am building a Le Mans Hypercar and I am wondering if it would fall into the scale vehicle or the big vehicle category. Its quite a big car. 9 blocks tall, 32 blocks long and 15 blocks wide.
