green-blood npc's flesh bug

when I shoot a headcrab / Vortigaunt corpse, it shatters into green pieces of flesh, but if I shoot a live headcrab, it shatters into red pieces of flesh, and leaves red blood decals. This happens when clientside enabled

maybe a another addon is doing this problem off all addons and u see.

i disabled all addon and check again. anyway
