when i rip the head or any limbs it has like ragdolls breaker thingy when you break a ragdoll limb the head does the same but the inside of the head come's out

When i dismember a head it becomes a upper part of a leg?

so i was playing and i decapitated someone and their head became a upper part of a leg, the hitbox is still as a head, but it looks like a upper leg.
