Resolved, will be fixed in the next update (1.2.0). Had the exact same problem with the psiamp, should've fixed it then. AddsTelepathyOnEquip is a bit more finicky than I realized. Thanks for the report.
Cannibal merge incorrectly calls the rage toga ID, requesting an invalid blueprint and making the rage toga nearly impossible to get and causing errors when building a cell with cannibals who are supposed to have the item. This will be fixed in the next update (1.2.0).
The wreath is a 0.5% drop on damage, so the early game marsh grind is a surefire way to get some. I might up the damage requirement in the future. It's not a super valuable item, so I'm okay with that being common.
Getting a mercenary wasp as a drop is a 5% chance, and I may reduce that, but honey is more the limiting factor with that item. It's heavy to carry and tough to get a hold of in the early game. Additionally, any glowpads that drop wasps always have one equipped, so they're a little more dangerous to take on.
So they're not meant to be the rarest, but will probably be adjusted at some point. You were definitely lucky to get that many wreaths at once.

I used the grenade base code for the eggs, so that's the source of that. I should be able to remedy that in the next patch.
