Combining 3 mods to 1 mod
these are the mods that would combine well, since they all disable the auto-forbidding annoyance in rimworld:

Allow Dead Animals
Allow Eggs

having all 3 of these mods in one mod would make life simpler, along with settings to toggle each one on and off.
insect jelly unforbid option would be helpful too for people farming it from hives would be cool too

Hi,
I looked into this, and came up with an initial draft for such mod

It's fresh from the oven so barely tested it so far. It needs testing and feedback ofc.
I tried to use built-in categories (ThingRequestGroup in game code) but I'm not sure the settings it produced are usable or useful in this current form.

I will probably keep it unlisted until it proves to be of some value.

I just pushed an update. I dropped these ThingRequestGroup as those didn't made all that much sense in practice. Mod just allows/notifies on everything haulable now. What do you think?

when a megasloth was killed, it was forbidden by default meaning the mod wasnt working for animals
both allow and notify were on.

Mod created as a result of this thread is public for some time now and few hundreds people found it useful already.
