Yes I have seen my men get stabed with no chests and throw with no arms

kotagold you need to be more precise - we need to know which unit(s) to nail the problem.

Ok, here are the ones that have no chest (plates) and arms in my game.

-Cherutas swaiut: no arms, no chest
-Cherutas skard smaithras: no arms, no chest
-Skard smaithras: no arms
-Suebos wodanas framjas: no chest
-Framja skarae: no chest

p.s. loving the mode just had the troops organised on colour and really looks like different tribes fighting under one banner

Okay, cool :) – Then you might want to check out Assassins Creed, if you have not done so already. They have an impressive research department. Even if it comes to armor and such. It is much less fantasy then it seems to be.^^

Yeah i had check it out :), I know its historically correct ;) also the movie 300, 90% are historically correct, just a few creatures are fantasy ^^

I put her out, was a left over of some try-outs with meshes. Update should be there in a few minutes. Thank you.

I have found that the armor for vanilla Iceni charioteers is missing while using this mod. By disabling all unit mods, reskin mods, etc and testing one by one I found that it was this one. After this latest Sparta update I decided to clean up my mods but had noticed this with other units as well (i.e. some camel cavalry) but cannot say if that was due to this mod. Hope this helps and thanks for the effort and work.
