Major Oversight Involving the default to target neutrals being set as "on"
So normally this wouldn't be an issue. but if any one runs a mod that gives npc ships modded weapons they target neutrals automatically and there's nothing i can do to fix this issue. can you change the default to target neutrals to be off.
