Report a translation problem
The overlays have an activation radius around the vehicles. They tend to activate themselves at times, which is why I've added the disable overlay button. Move away from the vehicles, disable the overlay then move towards the vehicle you want the overlay to be active for.
Probably try reinstaling the mod and reinstalling dependencies. The tank works fine, tested not too long ago.
There's a chance for the overlay selection screen to bug out and show up multiple times for different vehicles, so what you should do is close the overlay by pressing the most bottom button as many times as you have to, and then get close to the corresponding vehicle again.
I wont be fixing any overlay selection related issues, because the new version of my mods will not have this feature anymore. All overlays will be toggled on/off for each seat, by the player pressing RMB while sitting in said seats.
EDIT: Nvm I found a comment about it; no fix for it yet.
Yeah, it's caused by the suspension. This one uses V3 and I have developed V5 which is the most advanced of them all. That one no longer floats or moves. Will be updated at a later date when I overhaul the tank entirely
