This mod and city of wonders keep making the Pope feudal. Not sure if the metropolis holding in Rome is causing it or if something deeper in coding that conflicts with the tendency to stay feudal. After he becomes feudal a random subject becomes his heir then it becomes a proper feudal realm.

Unfortunately this mod is not compatible with CoW.
