Change the recipe to something that makes a little more sense?

4 Wooden Planks (maybe logs, as the catcoon house is a stump with bark)
4 Rope
2 Petals
1 Leafy Meat
(maybe some fish as well?)

Or something similar. The current recipe makes little sense, as the structure contains no stone or butterfly wings, plus everyone knows cat(♥♥♥♥)s eat fish.

I think to change it to:
2 Rope - for toy for catcoons
4 Logs - for building
3 Beefalo's Wool - like a mini-bed for catcoons into his house
3 Fish - for food (for 90 catcoons spawner)
2 Butterfly's Wings - as a rope for toys

Change it to 8 beefalo wool, 4 boards, and 4 or 8 cat tails.

Why cat tails? For example, in real life do you need to kill birds to build their (bird) house?

In real life, no. But this is the Don't Starve game world and the crafting logic in this world is such. To make an eyebrella, you need the eye of Deerclops. To make moggles, you need moles. To make a pig house, you need pig skins. To make a beefalo hat, you need a beefalo horn. So it makes (game) sense to include catcoon tails in making a hollow stump or catcoon house, the same way it's required in making a cat cap. Otherwise, the cost is too cheap. Especially for a hollow stump that spawns up to 90 catcoons.

I like this mod. But, like the others, I hope you modify the recipe.

it should only require 3 ingredients, since to my knowledge nothing else requires more than three (and they don't fit in the window) I suggest logs or boards, rope, and catcoon tails

I recommend that you give a detailed description of the mod configurations. I know that if I am having trouble understanding it, then others might too.

For example...

Spawns - Dozens (x10) - Default is 5 <--- What is this?
Spawns - Units (x1) - Default is 0 <--- What is this?
Further Settings Is - Defail is "prescription" <--- this setting cannot be changed, what purpose does it serve??

The other configuration items appear to be the materials needed to craft the catcoon house, so that part is understandable.

this is an impressive mod, i find it unusual that you couldn't simply relocate a cat ♥♥♥♥ and this solves all my problems.
