This is ANSI version UI_CH.txt. If you can't read this file correctly with window notepad.
You can upload to google document to review or Use google chrome to open file.

Hi, we need change encoding again.
In 41.71 update, PZ developers change Traditional Chinese official encoding from ANSI to UTF-8.
So, all the old translate file with ANSI will be garbled.
