Resource Update

ARMIES:
Added
-Commander Rex Added
-Trans-system data library added*
-Imperial Palace on Coruscant added

Changes
-Ahsoka spilt into Padawan and civilian
-Phase 2 Coruscant Guard resource req fix
-Clone cadets require blasters now and have a limit
-1st Legion vehicle limits added(Defensive armies redone)
-Credit upkeep removed from all clone units. Clones don't get paid. Initial Credit cost stays(bureaucracy of forming a unit)
-Vader's Fist event army now localized
-Rebellion may not build clone units on Kamino now(Most are probably clone wars vets or Jedi and harbor a mistrust in clones)
-Garrison system redone. Was annoying to code and probably annoying to use.
-03_occupation_armies edits moved to another mod
-GAR Vehicle production bug fixed
-gungan army renamed Militiagungs

NOTES: The garrison system was a major pain to maintain and code. Stellaris isn't really meant for pop micromangment anymore. It was scrapped but the garrison armies will be used for something else more building involved.

PLANS
I want to take a break from Star Wars and focus on another mod I have been wanting to do for awhile. I'll give you a hint, Crazy Dave is coming to town :cta_emo10: The next update will probably be the rest of the cw vehicle resources that are not a variants of something already in the mod. Also I'm going to add the other generic resources like energy packs, ionized tibana gas, etc. If these things aren't too much then hopefully a ground fighters and capital ships overhaul. I'll also be looking into more compatibility with other mods.

Hello all! Just wanted to give a heads up for the future of this mod. This mod is going to be shelved(Put on hold until further notice). My PVZ armies mod is further highlighting the issues with modding armies in Stellaris. Also going to give more attention to my game that I have been developing for awhile now. I will not be working on content for this mod till/if there is a proper armies update for Stellaris. I will try to keep it up to date assuming it isn't going to take a lot of work to update the mod when updates come out.
