Reforms for which nations.
I know that some nations other then rome get reforms but I don't know which, can someone please tell me which nations can get reformed and what the requirements are.

I know Pontus gets reformed military units about 10-15 game years after start. Pontus starts with almost useless light spearmen and later gets heavy spearmen with much better stats.

Many Hellenic factions, Carthage i think has 2 reforms, the Seleucids also. The YT channel Red Zed is doing roster overviews so that's a good place to look.
