Just one thing don't use Paradox Mod to use my mod. Because, there is a problem on PAradox my mod is sometime Banned, another time unbanned.
Please use Steam to install my mod.
Yep, that's exactly what Silva means. The Mod Manager is fine for some mods but for some reason the UCP gets a load of fake/stupid reports which result in Paradox automatically banning it and ignoring everyone telling them it's fine put it back except poor Silva, who no longer has the time to keep chasing those idiots. If you downloaded the UCP in the Mod Manager then first delete it, then close the game, go over to the Steam Workshop and click the subscribe button, then restart the game and you'll find the UCP back in the Mod Manager waiting to be enabled again.
I complained to Paradox at least three times about the UCP suddenly not working and every time the response was the same: hassle Silva to hassle us about it. Since I deleted it and got it back via the Steam Workshop I have had absolutely zero problems.
Yes, the one in Surviving Mars.
1. Delete the UCP there in the game's Mod Manager, labelled Paradox Mod Manager in the main menu screen after starting the game, and double check to make sure it's gone.
2. Then come here to the UCP mod page in the Steam Workshop and click the subscribe button. You may see your Steam client download something, but if you've got decent broadband you can miss it easily because it'll be quick.
3. Relaunch the game and go back into the Mod Manager again. Look in your installed mods and scroll down and you should find Silva's UCP in there again, though as I recall you will need to click the enable button because this way does not enable the mod by default.
And that's it. You should have all the UCP content available again, though I don't remember if it worked with old saves that used UCP downloaded via the Mod Manager. I think it did for me but it was ages ago now, like a year or two, so I'm not 100% sure and I don't have the saves that I was playing at the time. But what I can tell you is that I'm building a big colony at the moment and I've got a cinema in most domes, a scattering of toy shops, lots of those mega-apartment spires and a bunch of the larger storage tanks, plus a large universal depot next to many of my drone hubs. Seriously, all that good stuff is right there.
