I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, because I'm no good at coding. However, I copied your game.ini template and changed it to the flotsam and sunken treasure loot. When I start the servers they say "missing closing parenthesis" I'm not sure where to add that. I can spawn the saddles in, but can't get the loot drops to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Could you put what you wrote in the ini file here so I can check it out, please?
Also, did you copy paste it as is?
Entries in the ini files have to all go in one line.
I added line divisions to be easier to read, but you still need to combine it into one line. :0

I'm currently at work, when I get off I can post what I wrote. But yes I copied and pasted it. So I guess I need to take the line breaks out.

Okay it still shows missing closing parentheses. Below is how it is written in my ini

I think I got it. I was literally just missing a closing parentheses at the end of the line.
