Pirate guards not spawning on pirate heaven
Recently i´ve docked into a pirate haeven and i was confused because i saw the closed door and i wasn´t able to open it normally. The save is "old" is it a known issue or am i missing something here?

the guards are spawned via an event so either the event didn't start which is unlikely or your coalition reputation is above 60 or your bandit rep is at or below -12 which then turns the outpost hostile and doesn't spawn the guards at the entrance since they locked down the station to keep you from entering.
