Same here. If you are getting a red REMOVE INVALID button, select it but then select CANCEL, not CONFIRM. Then go ahead and repair and save your centurion and talk to Ryan. Later, you can select CONFIRM to remove invalid when it pops up again, without hanging up the game.

You also get a REMOVE INVALID button for the javelin as well, but it does not hang up the game.

Same here, did not work. Did exactly as instructed in the post above, no longer work it seems, i do not have any cash grab dlc if that matters.

the only way to "avoid" the bug is this:
start the campaing with no mods, get to the part where you repair the centurion and repair it, then you save, and apply this mod and all others
that SHOULD work

Actually as it turned out it's mace24de's Lore Mechs mod causing this. Deactivating that let me advance in the objectives. Repeatedly.
Using vanilla YAML (and my other mods, and Coyote's Missions, vonBiomes, PilotOverhaul) i started a new campaign, and it just worked.

i dont have that mod, so might not be that, only have the yet another mods and one that lets me have MW4 mercs dudes

EDIT: also had TTrulez and omnicore_gameplay (altrough im sure i tried it with only yet another mods and didnt recognize the repairs)

The same phenomenon occurred in vanilla + YAML.
Repeating "Repair" and "Repair Cancel" many times progressed the mission

This is so weird. I just can't reproduce the bug. But if doing that @Agunisu works, it'll be the official fix from now on :)

I have encountered this bug a few times while starting new campaigns. Best I can tell, it will happen to you if you return to the main menu, or mess with settings that restart functions of the game, before completing the objective. It's literally your first objective. Just start the campaign over, and make sure you get that centurion repaired the moment that you are told to do it, and not before, and not after taking a break either. You can click through the dialogue in half a second if you've already patiently listened to Fahad and Dropship Lady.

This bug happens if you look at the loadout of the Centurion first before repairing it. Just click the quick repair button and it will let you progress. happened to me last night.
