im pretty late into my game and have started up multiple cloning pods, I have found that trying to take more than 1 genome scan of a single pawn on the map breaks the save from that point onward. Doing the scan surgery with a genome already present on the map breaks my ability to load caravans, and breaks job assignment and pathing on colonists. My game has large amounts of mods and I can post my debug log, despite the clutter it probably has.
