"TilesBorder" bug report

TilesBorder_c.dds and TilesBorder_c.png file names don't match the call name. It should be TilesBorder_C.dds and TilesBorder_C.png. Sorry for my bad English I use translation.

Can confirm the same bug. Launching the mod throws a red error, simply changing the "c" to "C" in the texture name makes it go away.
