Here's some combos that work as of V1.1:

JAB -> DTILT -> JAB -> DATTACK (20%, builds 22 meter, works at almost any %)

NSPECIAL (cancel after kick 5) -> FSPECIAL -> FSTRONG (55%, builds 109 Ki)

UAIR -> JAB -> DTILT -> JAB -> USPECIAL -> NAIR -> UAIR -> land, jump -> FAIR -> MASENKO (90%, builds 60 Ki but costs 300 to finish)

(USPECIAL -> fastfall -> JAB x2) x3 -> FSTRONG (63%, builds 77 Ki)

DSPECIAL -> JAB -> USPECIAL -> NAIR -> FSPECIAL (53%, builds 136 Ki, only works on large/heavy characters)

UAIR -> JAB -> DTILT -> JAB -> USPECIAL -> NAIR -> UAIR -> NSPECIAL (cancel after kick 5) -> FSPECIAL (86%, 148 Ki if all hits land)

Best current combo:
UAIR -> JAB -> DTILT -> JAB -> USPECIAL -> NAIR -> UAIR -> NSPECIAL (cancel after kick 5) -> FSPECIAL -> MASENKO (121%, builds 148 Ki but costs 300 to finish, therefore needing at least 152 Ki to start with)
