I'd suggest making it produce 5 slaves and cost 1 movement (Equal to savannafication), and give savannafication a 1 movement cost as well, to slow down the territorial expansion slightly.
I'd also suggest giving monks a way to reclaim deserts/savannah in order to counter being utterly terraformed to death as baron (and possibly voice of El as well).
2.) Not surprised something got missed, there's 12000 lines.
There are two pyramid of power rituals. Since you can demolish a pillar of power, I don't see the point of the original ritual.
