12 would probably be better for the overall, though in my opinion, it should probably cost more. but since im a psychopath and this version really isn't for me, I should not be the one to decide what the cost should be.
But If it were up to me, I would say.. 30 Honor.
30 x 5 = 150 Honor, = Which would oririginally get you to Praetor.
or honor cost of 20 could be good too.
Make it too expensive, and its better to get it for free. Make it too cheap, and then it's too easy to get.
Let me know, cause this version isn't for me!! And I cannot decide for others :O!
Multiple Permits. like for example, a couple permits that cost an increasingly higher title to be achieved, but cost less honor. for example
Princeps Neuformer Drop: 80 Honor Cost
Baron Neuformer Drop: 60 Honor Cost
Count Neuformer Drop: 40 Honor Cost
etc. obviously with better honor costs across the board to keep it properly balanced and not break the game. But in a sense, it enables you as a higher ranking noble to outfit your people with pyscast abilities. And more of them the higher rank you are with less cost to yourself, such as with your status. :)
