This mod spams XML errors when you start a new game. This happens even with just the core modules loaded and no other mods.

The errors look like this:
XML error: <baseRecruitDifficulty>0.90</baseRecruitDifficulty> doesn't correspond to any field in type PawnKindDef.

The author mentioned earlier that these errors are not supposed to cause problems, so maybe you can just ignore them.

What I did instead is edit the mod file XML and removed these baseRecruitDifficulty tags and values. The file is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\2627364417\Defs\PawnKinds\PawnKinds_Empire.xml

There are only 3 or 4 lines I had to delete.

This made all the startup errors go away.
