Massalia would be nice. The last DEI update added some interesting units and mechanics but they really lack at least decent skirmishers, especially archers. Some mercenary pikemen and later some keltohellenic pikes would be a great addition too. Finally a few elite units (swords, spears or peltasts) and maybe African elephants or keltohellenic chariots would be a plus for the late game. Thanks !

Medewi, Medewi doesn't even have reforms whatsoever and I have the feeling that it hasn't been touched for a very long time now. Obviously, the Medewi AI doesn't really expand much outside from East Africa, but the player obviously does and I think it would only make sense that warring with more people other than the Egyptians would push Medewi into doing reforms.

Medewi is a strong possibility, I already have some ideas of where to go with that.

Cimbrians dosen't have any reforms either
