Semi-Incompatible
Fulton Rewards - This mod replaces most of the mod's functionality, thus, making it redundant. Although running both won't break your game, Having both will lead to double rewards when Fultoning enemies with the Fulton harness.

There is a mod called "Non-skirmisher hybrids" - when a stunned Advent enemy (and some raider faction mod enemies) is fultoned there's a configurable chance that you receive one such hybrid as a reward recruit. I may be mistaken but stunned aliens can also fultoned and recruited as a part of Allies Unknown mod - don't remember exactly (it was long time since I played the game). So both of these (and raider faction mods!) can be potentially in conflict with your mod.

As far as I'm aware, That functionality only comes into play with "Fulton Rewards" Enabled, which this mod is semi-Incompatible with, due to both functions doing the same thing (But both aren't mutually exclusive).
Suggestion: Add a few new abilities: "Butt Kick" - does not end turn and spends one action, used only on stunned humanoid enemies, has 80% just to deal a small amount of damage, 15% add stun for another 2 turns and 10% chance to knock out the enemy; "Knockout Discharge" is an ability for Arc Thrower, similar in mechanics to "Stun" ability from EU/EW

I already use some mod when mixed together allow you to both capture unit and recruit them so i share them here if some people want to use it , maybe can be good with that mod to if you find way to work with it.

Combine together , create an object with medipack look (need to check carefully for not taking the wrong one , also need to be build) and allows you to extract stun,mind control , unconscious , corpse from ennemy unit and allies unit .
You can also carry any unit excluding robot and think like gatekeeper with some glitchy animation.

If you play with an allies unknown mod , you have a small chance to be able to recruit them.

Just to share my experiences, I recently fultoned an unconscious Advent general on a sewer map and ended up with a failed mission and no general in the brig. I had been able to fulton capture other units (sectoids) successfully.

Incompatible with Faction Anchor
Might be too late for this, but...

Please elaborate on the incompatibility with the Faction Anchor, and I'll try and make a solution, as far as I was aware this mod should work fine with the Anchor
Does anyone know how this works with playable advent?
When used with classes that can use an arc thrower the arc throwers are a much more powerful weapon.
sometimes when i convert them, i dont get a unit.
any known incompatibilities that cause this?
to clarify, i finish the project and it says "RK [Name] is awaiting orders in armory" and then i go to check and nothing is there. i can still recruit normally just fine, but EXVENT stuff doesn't appear

The bridge between this mod and the EXVENT mod is a separate mod. I ask just in case - do you have it installed?
