Firstly, thank you for your suggestions. As for the "Soviets can't push Axis in the 2nd stage of the WW2" part, I can totally agree. I was getting the same problem while I was testing the mod, and, I am planning to add something for that in the future. Again, I don't want to give a guarantee about it, but, I'll try.
By the way, those mods you're mentioning, I did not delete them from the workshop. I just made them unlisted because those were the early stage of this mod, and those mods won't get any update. For the last 2 years, from time to time, I have been developing this mod and have been releasing new versions of it. This is the final version of this mod, hopefully :D
Here are the links for those unlisted outdated mods:
(OUTDATED) Improved Eastern Front v2.0

I had no idea that was your work improved eastern front was a must have for me for a wile and it was really easy to change and tweak too. especially because hoi4 wars are so one dimensional like you cant come back when your losing EX: less land=less factories=less equipment=less troops=you cant fight and this is a vary violent loop what i liked so much about IEF was that it introduced NEGATIVE loops to Germany EX: more time wasted in beating the soviets=more buffs=more production=more planes=more cas=you getting ra*ed from the sky=more time wasted in making aa and making more air=more buffs) its fantastic! i don't know whether that was your intention but man it feels so perfect i cant wait to see this with nsb supply system maybe a late war supply consumption buff to Russia to allow tight deep operation bagration style tank offensives. one thing im not sure about is giving Russia that shock in the red army thing because if you give a debuff to Russia and a buff to Germany Moscow will fall in 3 months you can ether just give soviets a debuff and Germany gets nothing or give Germany a really good buff and soviets get nothing or balance it so that Germany gets a buff (but not as stronk) and soviets get a debuff (but not was wack) only issue with this is we cant lose sight of the main goal: Germany push in Russia push out ;) i think we got the German push in part DOWN the hard part is the Russia push OUT and is where i think most of the development attention should be put on
