Pagan shrines give minus conversion to paganism
Playing as Scotland and noticed I can build pagan shrines. Thought this would be a cool choice to convert back to paganism but instead it reduces paganism in the province, which feels like the exact opposite of what it should do.

In the description it reads that the priest go there to convert the pagans. Or something like that
