But it's also for other cases, since it is a mod somethign might break so it's also to have a way out in case something breaks.
Also, you can just evac out of your mission, it might be a failure but still better than doing nothing. Even when there is a command to let you win the mission you probably would get nothign since you got none of the crates and I would be quite surprised if there is a command to add crates to the map. But in general it's better to ask in the LWotC Discord, since they have way more knowledge about this mod.

As a side-note; for those situations, would commands setting the count of remaining/captured/lost crates work to counteract this? Speaking from my QA experience. Thanks!
