Level 1 Experimental Teleporter

These are just my ideas what about you guys?
Well yes we dont want this to be like a freakin' spawn camping weapon (just comparing not being serious) being WAY OVERPOWERED so i kept things simple and a little underpowered like the pain train
Can only be refulled by suppy cabinets *witch is enough of a pain in the ass then only when you respawn*
Doesn't take away 1 clip from every weapon you have *thats stupid :P*
No -10 speed because the BFB already has that effect.
So something like this.
- 10 health
- Gives ability to teleport on throw but can be airblasted and is the length of a baseball
+ Hitting someone with it gives them a stun effect but only for like 2 seconds long enough for you to run away *it should be a run away a lot item*
- Landing in water causes it to explode *however it does both self damage and damage to other players so use that wisely*
- Can only be refulled by suppy cabinets
- Can not use engie teleporters
- Marked for death for 3 seconds after teleport
- Can teleport around and behind sentries
*Replaces Secondary
+25 Health
+Can bounce of players and walls
+When thrown, will teleport player
-Cannot take engineer teleporters
-Deals no damage
-10% Speed
-Takes 3 seconds to activate
On Teleport:
+Speed for 3 seconds
-Damages 10 health
-Marked for death for 3 seconds
-Cannot throw another for 5 seconds
*Throws projectile similar to demoman pipebombs
*after 3 seconds of deploy time the player will teleport to where it lands
-can be airblasted
+can telefrag players
-teleports wherever (enviroment hazards count)
-recharges every 25 seconds
+creates a small discharge harming any enemy players within range
-explodes when a scout cannot fit in it's current area (any spot not within crouch size)
-causes 3 second bleed after use
+if projectile hits enemy the enemy will be bonked for 2.5 seconds (1.5 seconds in close range)
-10% Health
-No double jumping when held
+Teleports you (DUH)
-No use of teleports (Engie) when held
+10% Damage
+Minicrits for 10 secs after teleport
- Last as long as you havn't used them
- Recharges - 10%
- 15 health
Not too complicated ....
