Hello, I suggest to add Stone Walls (only Lvl 1) for barbarians, as taht make sense for each barbarian faction to be able to create such a basic infrastructure. I made an interesting modification on RTW vanilla, in wich only certain cities around the map were able to build Huge Stone Walls and Epic Ston walls, to avoid to have little villages in the desert with huge stone walls (for example huge stone walls in Campus Massagetae)
