Help
I'm looking to change the mod to have 12TPY, I think is important and the explanation for this comes from my discussion about the Community Patch for Rome II:

"This is my campaign gameplay combo (not graphics, units or other type of mods included) in their load order. That's important because all them increase difficulty.

• No agents
• Sara's Single-Region Provinces
• Supply Lines & Logistics
• Dresden Sack, Liberation and Diplomatic Options
• Community Patch
• Ancient Combat

Overall I have to say this mod is fine. I'm playing in hard and really feels hard. Specially because the public order needs to be carefully managed. And the opposing parties are a pain in the ass.

Maybe I will try in lesser difficulty because I'm playing with Sara's Single-Region Provinces and that means all settlements are walled (that's a plus to historical suckers), hindering my expansion (also for the AI). And you don't get provincial bonuses applied to other settlements, for example when garrisoning one city you only get public order bonus for that city, that is by itself a difficulty multiplier.

Also I'm feeling the pain of mobilizing troops because coin is low and this Patch raises your diplomatic requirements in order to get trade lanes. That's fair and normally involves you must side your future partners in their current wars. I'm not sure if this is totally fair for Carthage.

The lack of agents can be seen as a happy travels for your armies, but in fact it is not. Your troops and generals only get bonus in real combat and I think this is fair. Late game your troops can be better than average, but after a lot of work. Also I think this alleviates a bit the use of CPU when all factions start spamming agents (and the time micromanaging their actions, let's be clear, agents like these can be fine for Warhammer but are very unrealistic and unbalancing for Rome II).

As a final thought I must point that because the above reasoning I think the icing on the cake of this mod list would be 12TPY, (sadly this is incompatible with Sara's mod) because that allows your armies and generals evolve and above all because the ranges of movement per turn are ridiculously short.

Thanks.
