Faceless Regeneration abilities have led us to the discover of the Smart Macrophage. Heals injuries after a battle, lowering wound recovery time, and confers immunity to poison and acid.
Hellskin
Skin
The skin of the Hell Marauders is an interesting thing. We were able to adapt the skin of our soldiers into similar design making them immune to fire. It burns them though and due to the pain they can't aim as carefully.
Banshee Brain
Brain
The Banshee is spreading panic, as we have experienced. We can use that to make our soldiers immune to this effect.
Berserker Stubborness
Eyes
Some say we removed the eyes of our soldiers. But we just added some of the Berserkers Rage in the eyes and that leads to an immunity to disorientations. Useful.
Archon Frenzy

When hit by an attack the soldier ... should .... get into a Frenzy.

An additional set of eyes lends the soldier increased aim, even more when flanking.
Steady Arms

Advent Pathfinders got steady arms not missing shots easily, we adapted that. Even the most agile Viper will not dodge a shot again.
Vanish
Skin
Spectres are a worthy opponent. Their Vanishing Trick is just too good to not try to apply it ourselves. Tell the soldiers that only works as long as they are not seen by an Advent.
Codex Brain
Brain
Implanting the Synapses of the Codex Brain into the Brain of our soldiers as well as providing meldcovered armors lets them use a Transposition Skill, trading places with another unit.

An improvement of the Codex Brain GeneMod. By incorporating Codex Synapses in the eyes of our soldiers, when swapping with an ally both soldiers will be harder to hit.

An improvement of the Codex Brain GeneMod. By incorporating Codex Synapses in the legs of our soldiers, when swapping with an enemy stuns the enemy.
Deflecting Arms
Arms
By grafting the deflective emitters of shieldbearers onto our soldier's arms, they gain a chance to evade incoming attacks based on current will.
Sectoid Finger

Perhaps the most hated of all the Aliens due to its mind control abilities, our soldiers have started to collect this gruesome trophies to cement their loathing for Sectoids. For the most ruthless of soldiers we can now transplant a Finger.
Inoperable Biochip

After our ADVENT Captain autopsy revealed the existence of the Psionic network, some of our troops have been extracting them from trooper corpses post mission. Their rationale is that carrying one of these might have the auto tracking devices confuse them for Troopers and delay detection, if even for a second. With Tygans Melding Method we can implant it into one of our soldiers. One thing Dr. Tygan, do you think it is a clever idea to implant an Advent chip in one of our soldiers?
Elerium Fragment

Typically used as a power source due to its energy absorption and storage capabilities, shards of this material also offer some minor degree of physical protection against kinetic energy. The amazing Melding Method of Dr. Tygan let's us implant a tiny fragment of Elerium into the chest of a soldier. It helps witth survival .. really. I guess.

Coats the soldiers arms in Viper scales, allowing them to slide through enemy Viper's constricting coils, reducing damage taken when bound.

Stigmata
None
Tygan surgically extracts and implants psionic conduits harvested from ADVENT Priests, allowing the soldier to freely harness greater psionic power.
Refined Visual Cortex (ModJam)
Brain
The Advent Pathfinder Hunter's impressive ability to hit their targets' weak points consistently brought about this brain modification. It grants this soldier a passive bonus of +25% Critical Chance against flanked targets.
Celatid Biomass Infusion (ModJam)
Skin
An infusion of Celatid biomass underneath the skin that enhances the soldier's immune system and nerves. This grants the soldier immunity to poison, Chryssalid poison and stun.
Flame Viper Gland (ModJam)
Chest
A flame gland implanted in the soldier's chest, based on that of the Flame Viper. The gland carries a flammable mixture that is pushed through a sub-dermal tube before being expelled through an arm-mounted flamethrower. The resulting attack is so intense that it will ignite every tile of terrain it hits. The flame gland is hard for the soldier to control, and it takes a lot of time to replenish its biological mixture, which limits its use to once per mission.
Frenzied Adrenal Mendullas (ModJam)
Chest
A chest modification inspired by the Archon, enabling the soldier to produce unrivaled amounts of adrenaline. This allows the soldier to start their turn with Run And Gun activated whenever they're injured. Unfortunately, the increased production of adrenaline reduces the soldier's ability to fight over an extended period of time as they have trouble ever getting a good rest, permanently reducing this soldier's Will by 10.
Bio Neuroimmunity (ModJam)
Skin
An infusion of a Bio General's superior antibodies underneath the soldier's skin. This grants the soldier immunity to acid, poison, Chryssalid poison, and mental afflictions.
Mindbreaker (ModJam)
Brain
A brain implant based on the Gatekeeper, not unlike the Neurowhip in terms of the technology used in spite of its much smaller size. However, being connected directly to the soldier's brain allows it to be used to its fullest potential, for better or worse. The soldier deals 50% increased damage with damaging Psionic abilities, but has a 25% chance to panic whenever they use one. In addition, the Neurobreaker's toll on the soldier's mental health reduces their Will by 10 permanently.
Assault Charger Alpha (ModJam)
Legs
A leg implant based on the Advent Assault Trooper, which boosts a soldier's sprinting capabilities. Grants the soldier the ability to perform a non-movement action after a dash, one time per mission.

Grants greater survivability to soldiers by grafting on layers of Berserker hide interlaced with Faceless extoplasm.
Berserker Punch

Combining the raw strenghth of the Berserker together with a good amount of alloys we are able to make a soldier STRONG.
Praetorian Respirator
Skin
Reduces the damage taken from all weaponry after the first instance of damage taken in a turn by by 20% and additonally provides HP regeneration bonus every turn up to a maximum restored per mission.
Muton Destroyer Pheromones
Arm
Sending out Muton Destroyer Pheromones around nearby squadmates - reduces incoming damage. Melee, Fire, Acid, Poison, and Psionic attacks penetrate the Stink Field.
Reinforced Leg Muscles
Leg
The Advent Pathfinder's powerful leg muscles inspired this leg modification geared toward long-distance running. It allows this soldier to spend 2 standard actions to get 3 movement-only actions.
Mental Stabilzation

Mental stabilization is a method developed by Dr. Tygan to mentally protect the treated against psionic attacks. That plan failed, but at least the patient believes it. This should strengthen the will
