The first mod is simply 3 patches that make grass and tall grass yield hay, and bushes yield wood log, it does not add any custom defs. So it would not be a case of patching these 2 mods, but patching LWM's Fuel Filter to accept hay and woodlogs as fuel.
Looking at LWM mod, it's a C# mod and it's not possible for me to do.

I actually couldn't make the fuel mod work for me, does it work for you? or did a recent patch broke it?

This is not under the scope of the mod. Also, it requrires coding that I can't do.
