"Bounty on the Beast"
Don't know if anything has changed yet, but am sending in my thoughts on BoB in case they are of any help.

First, thanks for all your hard work here. I really enjoyed the adventure and the contrast between the natural open area of map 1 and the darker dungeon crawl. I also liked the teleport puzzle that (amongst other things) allows you to take out the boss from a different angle (and in my case without activating his 4 henchmen - the henchmen only appeared for me after I picked back over the maps looking for the primed items that I thought must be hidden somewhere. I ended up with two recipes and two ingredients, but couldn't find any primed items (did I miss something?). Overall I liked the loot and hidden stuff, I had to look a bit harder than normal as not everything was immediately obvious after pressing Alt so there was more of sense of really having to look around and check stuff out which I liked. Also liked the lore hidden behind the skill checks - anything like that tends to draw me more into the story. I played iron man mode on cataclysm and managed fairly comfortably, so based on my playthrough with the party I had I don't think it's too difficult. It can be hard to judge difficulty with rng involved, party build and whether or not you set up a surprise round, but I do remember the fight with the spiders as being a bit on the easy side. Other than getting around the spawning of the final boss's henchmen by attacking from a different direction I did have one other strange experience in the room by the skull pit, when after scouting everything and taking out the single festering undead I was complacently walking around thinking I was safe and two successive waves of festering undead seemingly appeared out of nowhere - don't know whether it was planned like that but I didn't die so it ended up being tense fun. Can't wait to see how this develops. Best of luck.

Excellent! Glad to hear you enjoyed the run. Yes, the gated room with the Festering Undead is intended. They spawn in waves every 1 minute (10 rounds) or so. Which makes it possible for the party to leave before they all finish spawning. The "prime dagger" for the first recipe is in one of the prison cells with a collapsed roof and the corresponding material is on Debilitas the ghoul from the cavern.I'm working on part 2 which will contain the primed chain shirt for the "empress garb" recipe and take you through a town and further explain the role of Voczon in all this, should be done towards the end of the week.

Thanks Toehemoth. Mystery solved. Turns out Samreg had the dagger all along. I must have dumped it without realising it and then for some reason it didn't show up with the little blue symbol on it in his inventory so I didn't notice it there. You've done a great job so far and I can't wait to see what you come up with next. Heading away at the end of the week, but when I get back I'll be sure to subscribe.
