As we all know, the most iconic reference to the Vietnam war is the glorious UH-1 helicopter starting rotor sound and choppers in the air LANDING marines or soldiers in the LZ. The developers have done a great job with the historically accurate array of Air Calvary Doctrine but it really would mean nothing if the mechanics of helicopters in this mod is faulty to use in the editor. I have tried using the ai_drop technique but no joy. This discussion is to reach out if anyone has a workable way to script helicopters to land with troops either as reinforcements or single spawn. This is also a call to the brilliant developers who have given us the opportunity to enjoy this mod and I hope there's a solution sooner than letter to this widespread problem.
