I installed this mod, but why do my public transport still get stuck?

Perhaps it is because of the following reasons:
  • The vehicle is unbunching; or
  • The vehicle entered a gridlock/has caused a deadlock

This mod DOES NOT deal with unbunching.

As to what I meant by "deadlock", I illustrate with this story:

While I was testing this mod in my city, there was a metro line that had 600% budget (configured via Transport Lines Manager TLM). One moment, that metro line got stuck. It turns out, a metro that has just spawned had conflicted with a metro that needed to "return to station" at the same platform, causing a deadlock.

Using the famous TMPE mod, I deleted the deadlocked vehicles, and the metro line resumed smooth operation. I later constructed a long-distance train line to provide an alternative path so that the metro budget can be reduced to 500% (500% is the max that I can safely go without causing deadlock).
