Every faction has a Radio Op that reduces CP. OPFOR forces have higher CP reduction from their Radio Op, so GRM can mass up whole mobs of fighters and guaranteed numerical superiority! From both infantry to vehicles. For every BLUFOR infantry or vehicles, there's always 2x or 3x the OPFOR counterpart, and OPFOR should be able to field vehicles and indirect fire support earlier than BLUFOR.
BLUFOR has the superior quality, but OPFOR has the superior quantity and they should be able to dominate the map and gain portable fire support earlier.
