Hidden Mechanics
There's a few features in the mod that aren't so obvious so I thought I'd cover some of them here:

Sixth Age
  • The Stone of Jas is randomly assigned to a province in west or east Runescape (not Zeah or Wushanko, nor a small island) at the start of the game. With a high enough number of Adventurers (the replacement for Absolutism) you can take it for yourself - though you'll face Dragonkin attacks for it.
  • The staff of Armadyl always starts held by the Temple of Ikov.
  • To start the Sixth Age, the Stone of Jas and Staff of Armadyl must be discovered, then the resting place of Guthix (found somewhere in west or east Runescape) and finally the revealed nation must be destroyed. This might be a bit buggy or not work properly.
  • Divine Energy can be revealed in the Sixth Age. Once 15 divine energy provinces are found, it will draw Tuska's attention. You will then have two years for any Great Power to reach 100 Adventurer Rating or every Great Power will suffer a loss of development.
  • After Tuska dies and Seren is reformed (requires Tirannwn to be formed alongside other things), the Elder God Wars event chain will activate, giving every non-Elder God nation in the game temporary but huge manpower penalties for a couple of years. Zamorakians have the option to pull out of the Wars after a year, removing the penalty early but with huge diplomatic consequences.

General
  • You can't get Colonists out of the Expansion or Exploration idea sets until at least the Age of Adventurers (approximately year 2100).
  • Having a different religion has a lower effect on aggressive expansion penalties than vanilla EU4, due to how much religious diversity there is in a small area.
  • Bordering Wilderness provinces randomly gives you special events; the more provinces border it, the worse they'll be. Countries in the Northern technology group (including all nations within the Wilderness) are exempt from this.
