Alexander Total Overhaul V2

All changes Alexander Hellenic Universalis
Map Changes:
Added a completely new giant map for an Alexander 334 BC setting (510-181 pixels map_regions map, basically the biggest it can get).

Map was made using a greyscale map from https://tangrams.github.io/heightmapper/ and then edited using gimp and paint.net.

Map mesh and stuff was generated with the IWTE tool.

Map has 49 settlements currently (mostly the same regions as with my normal alexander map).

Settlements placed partially based on where they are in the base game, and partially after some own research.

Resources were placed based on their position in the base game.

Map was partially made with the thought in mind that India should mostly be on the map, as it was quite connected to Persia and some of the diadochi factions.

Added 3 regions in India to create somewhat historical borders of the Nanda Empire.

The non-capturable rebel region now owns the Himalaya and southern india in adition to the Sahara and Arabia. Maybe southern India will become capturable rebel settlements in the future because the Maurya Empire captured a lot more southern land than the Nanda did?

There is a passable strait crossing between Europe and Asia, but only by anatolia-thrace. On purpose did not include a way to walk around the black sea/crimea because as i learned from the base game Alexander map, the AI will get very confused by that, and might prrefer walking the long way around the black sea instead of using the simple strait crossing.

Campaign Changes:
Manually placed all units on the map. Did some rebalancing with the units so that the AI behavior is a bit better, and so settlements shouldn't revolt all the time (big problem due to distance from capital).

Added the Greek_cities on the map holding the "neutral" territories of the greek world in Alexander's war: Sparta, Crete and Cyrene.

Added the correct leaders of Sparta from this time as characters for the Greek_cities.

Changed the leaders of India to be those of the Nanda Empire.

Scripting changes:
Changed the various event scripts and triggers to work with the new regions.

Implemented 4 turns per year so the movement points line up a bit better with the amount an army should be able to walk on these bigger maps.

The 4 turns per year script is also used to that in this campaign Alexander can die in 323 BC like he should, so the scripts to make his empire explode have been changed accordingly.

Version 2.2 update:

Scripting changes
Added a hidden modifier connected to "distance to capital" that adds public order due to law and so makes both public order and corruption a lot more manageable for large empires (no more -30000 per turn Persia it is still -20000 but deleting the correct units, increasing tax and building the correct buildings turn 1 can get you possitive turn 3)

Made Parthia playable as a formable nation if you play Dahae first (popup event if you own the correct settlements).

Added a script that gives persia & Macedon a 30% chance of declaring war on each other every turn if both factions are AI and they are not at war at the moment (prevents AI from just sitting around doing nothing forever after they make peace)

Map Changes:
Moved the border between Macedon and Thrace a little to the east so Macedon controls the Dardanelles. This should make the Macedon AI a bit less passive.

Removed quite a lot of units from Persia because they no longer need it to keep up with public order and it was killing their economy.

Swapped Alexander and Permenion's army placements so you don't literally kill Alexander in the first battle if you play Persia.

Added a port to Memphis/Egypt region. (did not have the option to make a port)

Added a port building to 3 Persian settlements on the Persian Gulf

Added temples to a few larges Persian cities

Upgraded the market building tier in a few Persian settlements

Upgraded the farming building tier in a few Persian settlements
