not really since I did a thorough testing on this. I believe the first release up to third doesn't have this until newer releases.

I checked in-game and it shows the glass texture for me. I'm not sure what is causing it. Perhaps a graphic setting or something? Oh well

Disable all of your mods and it should be fixed.
