Stonecutting, concrete, thermae, etc.
This was said a bunch of times in the mod comments but this looks like a more official place to seek a response.

In summation: the accompanying storyteller locks tech at Neolithic. A substantial number of the new objects require stonecutting, which is medieval. What's the thinking here?

Outside indirect means, like looting, outposts etc, there is no way directly, i am not sure if the storyteller restricts tech, I have a mod that would so im not sure but you can research it for the extra cost?

I think its a minor oversight and there will be some in mod way to do it eventually

A workaround, possibly intended, is demolishing ruins to get 150 of the same block, then building a concrete press. This will provide you with concrete blocks over time, for the low cost of stone chunks :)

That'll work.

I've actually just been playing with the medieval storyteller, but if I start over, that's indeed a workaround.
