I have discovered what broke my save or atleast why the pawns disappeared/compressed, It had to do with a duplicate Eastern Republic. So I had Faction 8 and Faction 38. Faction 8 the one I can interact with and Faction 38 was hidden. Faction 8 followed its new adapted ideology while Faction 38 still had the same old ideology it was using. Don't know why this happened or how. loading the save Faction 38 disappeared from practically regenerated and broke the senators as it was now missing a republic faction the duplicate, and a bunch of code was tangled with it. Thus all the senators was regenerated when faction 38 disappeared. I managed to save my playthrough by opening the save that had Faction 38 copying the legitimate factions 6,7 and 8 to the broken save thus keeping all their data, while omitting faction 38 as to avoid more problems in the future. This was done all in thanks to @snasblundersnail's own guide on a temporary fix for disappearing senators
