Roads improvements
The mod allows you to build roads on impassable tiles, but it doesn't seem to convert them into passable tiles. It would be really cool to be able to build mountain passes, even if there was a higher associated cost with them.

There's a mod that allows for impassable tiles to be navigated. It's called [KV] Imassable Map Maker I think. That should work together with Classical to get you what you want @no
