Note
  • Almost all Buffs and Debuffs are AOE when overcast. Normal Cast is single Target. (If possible)
  • Duration and Effect will be the same for Normal and overcast.

I wanted to re-balance all magic, mostly without changing core mechanics or effects.
Most Damaging spells of the same category but different lores, will have similar cost and damage.
Buffs and debuffs, generally regarded as waste of Winds, can have increased duration,
an increase in range and effectiveness and lower Winds of magic cost.
I hope to bring the buffs and debuffs to a level where they are not so dramatically outshined by Damage spells.

I exactly describe every change I made below.
If you find some to be OP or still useless please say so in the comments.


Numbers in front are regular cast, in brackets are overcast.
If there are no brackets, overcast is not changed.
If there are only brackets it means there is no change to the Spells normal cast.



Wind of Death
  • Damage 0 -> 12
  • AP Damage 24 -> 28 (24 -> 28)
  • Bound uses +1
  • Cooldown 44 -> 50
  • Wind-cost 15 -> 13 (20 -> 18)

Gaze of Nagash
  • Cooldown 44 -> 38
  • AP Damage 75 -> 85
  • Wind-cost 8 -> 6 (15 -> 12)

Invocation of Nehek
  • Wind-cost 7 -> 6 (13 -> 11)
  • Heals all units in range, not just 4
  • Can heal Aranesa.

Raise Dead
  • Uses +1
  • Cooldown 40 for all 5000 versions of raise dead..
  • Wind-cost Less, for all the diffrent summons..

Curse of years
  • Cooldown 47 -> 40
  • Duration 32 -> 55
  • Wind-cost 11 -> 10

Vanhels danse Macabre
  • Duration 29 -> 52
