Report a translation problem
Unfortunately, from what I've read and taken a cursory glance at, the "Stack Overflow" error happens when there are "too many materials" for the Materials Filter mod to go through.
The Monster Hunter RW's leathers alone are enough to push Material Filter to the limit if not directly over.
(especially since I suspect you are using "a few other mods" that add their own materials)
if dropping this one filter mod "fixes"/prolongs avoiding this crash, i'll gladly sacrifice a single QoL mod to be able to play with more content, lol
