"All Heal Yourself" doesn't show sometimes even when their are hurt AI
Selecting the medic and the 6 menu shows that there is an option to treat another AI but the "All Heal Yourself" wasn't showing in the scroll wheel

I had the All Heal Yourself action threshold set to only units whose damage > .25. I don't remember why, maybe so they don't burn through their first aid kits. I'll set that down to .1. Thanks!
