NO TRAITS COST CHANGE sub-mod doesn't work
I thought it was because I was using dynamic traits
Even tried enabling the profession costs sub-mod

But after disabling ALL mods and only enabling standard and trait cost sub
The costs of traits were still altered

Also tried re-subbing to mod, deleting all files on drive
Even tried disabling mod manager mod
