New Sandbox Setting - Disable Gun Changes (As a bandaid towards issues with gun mods because I have no idea what causes it)
New Sandbox Setting - Smoker Quit Time
You gain stress and sadness slower with smoker
Reworked smoker quitting time system, smoking once in a while is not punishing as smoking many times in a row.
+Smoker no longer has endurance maximum penalty
-Smoker now recovers endurance at 66% speed

+Adrenaline Junkie now keeps panic for 1 to 2 hours.

Thin Skinned and Thick Skinned traits now don't apply if you gain traits during gameplay; allowing for them to be dynamic
Thin Skinned and Thick Skinned do not work if hours survived is 0 to prevent traits from occuring due to gamemodes or modded traits giving injuries
-Thin Skinned Injuries caused by walking into trees don't double.

-Clumsy is now affected by Sprinting and Nimble levels
